Carlos P. from PG Technology was quick and dedicated. He had to stay at my house after 5pm to identify the source of the issue, and stayed as long as it took to get the job done right. I had an estimate the next day, and it included an itemized list of the replacement parts needed. He even included the part numbers, without me asking, so I could look the parts up online myself and check the pricing. Honest prices and quality work that was done right the first time. Very professional, and I felt that my family was perfectly safe while he and his coworker who helped with the repair were in our home. They’ll be my go to for HVAC repairs from now on, 10/10 would reccomend.
This is a highly reliable company, with honest workers, dilligent and skillfull in performance. Their problem resolution matrix shows the value of time, and the impact on savings. Service costs are usually within the most reasonably acceptable ranges I’ve met, and for certain, they are a customer oriented peoples people showing care, explaining issues and showing cordiality…I highly rate them, would recommend them, and I continue to use their services.
So THANKFUL that I found Carlos at PG Heating & Air HVAC! I had a different company come to check out why my heat pump stopped cooling. Long story short – 3 visits; a compressor; $1800; no itemized invoice; and lots of lies later; then I talked to Carlos. The same day, Carlos and Luis came to my home, checked everything out, and found nothing wrong but a small loose connection. He recommended a surge protector for the outside unit which I am having installed. Also getting a service contract to be sure everything stays in tip-top shape. I HIGHLY recommend PG Heating & Air because they are HONEST, TRANSPARENT in pricing, and reliable!!
Wow! We called PG Technology after a different company said our HVAC system couldn’t be fixed. Carlos fixed our system on the same day that I called. He is phenomenal and the price was great. Calling him saved me from the cost a whole new system. I’m stunned at the difference between him and that other company. Best call I ever made!
Carlos came right out to me within an hour of me calling him. He was very professional and had very good equipment to get the job done right. He was very knowledgeable and will be using him many times for our properties.

They were able to come and diagnose my AC issue the same day that I called. They worked with the equipment manufacturer to obtain parts through warranty and came to install the parts the day they arrived. They provided excellent communication via text. I would use PG again if I have an HVAC issue.
